No, PlumbingUSA does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. We are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we carry. However, if you pay to send the item back to PlumbingUSA, we will replace the item and ship the replacement to you at no charge. PlumbingUSA will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle.
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
First, verify that you've received a box for each tracking number associated with your order. If all boxes have been delivered but you're still missing an item, check the packing material for small items. Please call PlumbingUSA Customer Service at 1-800-829-5591 if you're unable to locate an item.
What is Large Item Delivery?
Large Item Delivery is designed just for large items like Water Heaters. The item will be delivered to the front door of your home or office by our selected shipper. Delivery personnel will NOT unpack or setup the item for you. You'd need to upgrade to White Glove Delivery (Adult signature required) for that service. Normal delivery hours for Large Item Shipping are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., local time. Freight will contact you at the number you provide to arrange a delivery time. Large item delivery may not always qualify for free shipping guarantee depending on weight. If the item is sent by UPS, they will provide you with a tracking number to let you know on what day the shipment will be in your area. In either method, an adult signature is required to certify acceptance of delivery.
Does PlumbingUSA deliver to APO/FPO/Military addresses?
No, Sorry we cannot ship to an APO/FPO/Military address at this time.
Does PlumbingUSA deliver to P.O. Boxes?
PlumbingUSA does not ship to standard P.O. Boxes. However, PlumbingUSA can ship to residential P.O. Boxes in rural areas.
Why was my order sent in multiple packages when it all could have fit in one box?
PlumbingUSA may decide to package your items separately due to weight or size concerns. The most common reason why multiple boxes are used is for a single order is that PlumbingUSA uses multiple warehouse locations. If items are stocked in different warehouses, they cannot be boxed together.
How long is the waiting period before I am able to file a claim for a lost, damaged, misdelivered or tampered package?
If your order was damaged, misdelivered or tampered with while in transit, please contact Customer Service within 2 business days of delivery. If your order was lost while in transit, please contact Customer Service within 7 business days of not receiving your order.
